About This Role
Overview
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and drive the overall growth of our restaurant.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a proven understanding of restaurant management, team handling, sales growth, and upselling techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall restaurant operations efficiently and professionally
- Supervise and lead kitchen, service, and cashier staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction at all times
- Handle staff scheduling, training, discipline, and performance management
- Monitor food quality, hygiene standards, cleanliness, and safety procedures
- Maintain inventory, control wastage, and coordinate with suppliers
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and floor staff
- Monitor daily sales, expenses, and operational costs
- Develop and implement strategies for the overall growth of the restaurant
- Increase restaurant revenue through effective marketing ideas and promotions
- Train staff on upselling techniques to increase average customer spending
- Ensure upselling of menu items, special dishes, beverages, and promotions
- Monitor online reviews and maintain the restaurant’s reputation
- Achieve sales targets and improve overall business performance
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of inventory management and cost control
- Strong sales mindset with experience in upselling and business growth
- Fluency in English required; Hindi and Arabic preferred
- Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
