We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, support team performance, and maintain high service standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow
- Lead, supervise, and motivate front-of-house and service teams
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address guest feedback professionally
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and operational coordination
- Support budgeting, inventory control, and cost management processes
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company service standards
- Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to achieve business goals
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in restaurants, hospitality, or F&B operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Good understanding of restaurant operations, customer service, and staff supervision
- Experience with reporting, scheduling, and operational procedures
- English language proficiency required; additional languages are considered an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
