Unity Star Import and Export FZE LLC operates in the dynamic F&B and hospitality sector across the UAE, delivering premium dining experiences through a portfolio of high-traffic, concept-driven restaurants.
We blend operational excellence with guest-centric service models to scale multi-brand portfolios — and we’re looking for a results-driven Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, drive profitability, and ensure brand consistency across our locations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including staffing, inventory, P&L, and compliance to meet brand standards and financial targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and kitchen teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service benchmarks.
- Manage vendor relationships, food & beverage procurement, and cost control to maximize gross margins and reduce waste.
- Implement CRM and loyalty programs, analyze sales trends, and execute targeted marketing campaigns to boost footfalls and repeat visits.
- Ensure 100% compliance with UAE food safety, labor, and licensing regulations — including DEWA, DSO, and MOHAP protocols.
- Collaborate with regional leadership to roll out brand initiatives, menu innovations, and operational upgrades aligned with company growth strategy.
Must-Have
- POS systems (e.g., Aloha, Micros, Toast)
- Inventory management software
- Team scheduling & labor optimization tools
- Guest feedback platforms (e.g., Yotpo, Trustpilot, Google Reviews)
- UAE food safety certification (MOHAP/FDA)
- Shift management & crew leadership
- Cost control & P&L reporting
- Compliance with UAE labor law
Preferred
- Experience with multi-unit restaurant rollouts
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken or written)
- Certification in ServSafe or equivalent
