About This Role
What You'll Do:
- Manage and oversee the 3 trucks daily operations
- Recruit, train, and lead a new team
- Ensure smooth service and outstanding customer satisfaction
- Control costs, manage inventory, and handle vendor relationships
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards
- Build a strong, welcoming team culture from the start
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Pre-opening experience is a big plus
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi food & beverage regulations
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
