The role focuses on service quality, staff performance, customer experience, and overall operational results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and direct the restaurant team while fostering teamwork and high performance.
- Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house coordination and daily service operations.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff and develop training programs.
- Interact with guests, resolve concerns, and improve the dining experience.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and support revenue growth through marketing and promotions.
- Supervise inventory management and ordering processes.
- Maintain health, safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
- Use operational and performance data to inform decisions.
Requirements
- Proven Restaurant Manager experience or similar hospitality leadership experience.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for the dining experience.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to drive revenue growth.
- Ability to analyse and interpret data for decision-making.
- Knowledge of hospitality health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Availability for flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
