Responsibilities
- Manage and participate in front- and back-of-house daily operations.
- Lead, train, and motivate service and kitchen teams.
- Monitor sales, food costs, and labor costs to support profitability.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and guest service standards; resolve customer issues.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors when needed.
- Coordinate operational permissions with mall management and work closely with the Operations Manager.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
- Prepare performance reports, attend management meetings, and travel for training, audits, or operational support when required.
Requirements
- At least two years of restaurant or hospitality management experience.
- Leadership, organizational, and communication skills; ability to lead by example and work hands-on during busy operations.
- Fluent English.
- In-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi Municipality hygiene standards, HACCP, and FoodWatch systems.
- Understanding of sales, food cost, and labor cost indicators.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; UAE experience is preferred.
- Availability to travel when required for training, audits, or operational support.
Compensation
- Monthly pay stated in the description as AED 6,000–7,000, with a performance-based bonus.
