Role overview
The Runner supports smooth service by delivering items between the kitchen, bar, and dining areas.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food, drinks, and supplies promptly to the dining area.
- Help set up tables, refill items, and clear empty dishes and glasses.
- Keep the service area clean and organized.
- Coordinate with waitstaff, kitchen, and bar teams for timely service.
- Respond to customer needs as directed by the service team.
- Carry trays, restock supplies, and help with cleaning as needed.
Requirements
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Have the physical stamina to run, carry items, and multitask.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Be flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,000 per month.
