Overview
- We are growing in Riyadh.
- As we prepare to launch our upcoming **Japanese and Persian restaurant concepts**, we are looking for an experienced **Restaurant Manager** to lead operations and shape exceptional guest experiences from day one.
- We are looking for a leader who can:
- Drive pre-opening setup, SOPs, and service standards
- Lead, train, and inspire FOH teams
- Ensure seamless coordination between FOH and BOH
- Deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences
- Manage operations in a fast-paced, premium dining environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in upscale dining
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Pre-opening experience is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of both service excellence and operational control
- Passion for Japanese and/or multi-cuisine concepts is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ﷼7,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month
