Overview
We are looking for a friendly and efficient Restaurant Counter Cashier to be the welcoming face of our brand.
You will manage transactions, assist guests with orders, and ensure a smooth and positive experience from first contact to final payment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and guide them through the menu
- Accurately process orders via POS system
- Handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions responsibly
- Communicate order details clearly to the kitchen team
- Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized counter and front-of-house area
- **Requirements*** 1–2 years of cashier or customer service experience (restaurant preferred)
- Proficiency in using POS systems and handling payments accurately
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Customer-first mindset with a cheerful and professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
