This is a great entry-level opportunity to build foundational skills in a professional kitchen environment within a growing restaurant concept.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist kitchen team with basic food preparation and ingredient handling
- Wash, peel, chop, and portion ingredients as directed by senior staff
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, work surfaces, and equipment
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils and ensure they are properly stored
- Take out waste and maintain hygiene in disposal areas
- Support the team during busy service periods as needed
Requirements
- One year experience required — a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
- Good communication skills in English
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently under supervision
- *Require knowledge of food safety, sanitation, hygiene, and customer service standards.
- Good communication skills in English are required for all roles.
