Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain and elevate service standards, operational efficiency, restaurant performance, cleanliness, presentation, organization, and readiness.
- Provide visible, hands-on floor leadership and support the team during service.
- Coordinate and execute special events, promotions, and initiatives that enhance the guest experience and support revenue.
- Deliver personalized guest experiences, resolve concerns and complaints promptly, and build guest loyalty and repeat business.
- Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team; conduct daily briefings on priorities, expectations, promotions, and guest requirements.
- Prepare schedules and manage staffing levels in line with business demand.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and performance management.
- Monitor sales, revenue, and profitability and identify opportunities to improve commercial performance.
- Manage labour costs and operating expenses while maintaining service quality and appropriate staffing levels.
- Maintain inventory controls, minimize waste, and support cost-efficiency initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, brand standards, regulatory requirements, and HACCP, food safety, hygiene, health, and safety standards; support departmental objectives.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Experience in team leadership, coaching, and staff development.
- Knowledge of labour management, cost control, and inventory management.
- Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
- Experience operating Asian-inspired restaurants and knowledge of food and drinks.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,500–15,000 per month.
