KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and schedule crews, plant, materials, and subcontractors to support project delivery requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed resource plans using electronic scheduling systems.
- Manage asphalt and profiling truck schedules to optimise utilisation and minimise costs.
- Ensure all resources and suppliers meet compliance requirements, including NHVR standards.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Supervisors, and operational teams to align scheduling with delivery plans.
- Coordinate with work-winning teams to maximise crew utilisation and minimise downtime.
- Maintain accurate records, including cartage documentation and scheduling data.
- Champion Zero Harm by ensuring only appropriately trained and compliant resources are scheduled.
- ABOUT YOU
- Significant experience in complex resource scheduling (ideally within civil, construction, or asphalt environments).
- Certificate in Project Management and/or Civil Engineering (preferred).
- Strong understanding of resource planning systems and scheduling platforms.
- Ability to optimise resource allocation and drive utilisation outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and customer relationship skills.
- Knowledge of asphalt paving operations (highly regarded).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance.
