Resort Manager

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Supervise front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other operational teams; maintain guest service standards.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints; coordinate reservations, check-in and check-out, and special requests.
• Monitor room availability, cleanliness, maintenance, facilities, and property presentation.
• Organize staff schedules and assignments; support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance monitoring.
• Monitor expenses, supplies, and resource use; support revenue generation, occupancy targets, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate suppliers, service providers, departments, events, group bookings, and guest activities.
• Follow hospitality, company, and safety standards; support emergency response and guest and staff safety.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, address operational issues, and improve services.
• Prepare reports and maintain records and administrative documentation for senior management.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates and candidates without previous management experience are welcome.
• Hospitality, tourism, hotel operations, customer service, or administration experience is advantageous, not required.
• Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, time-management, and decision-making skills.
• Customer-focused, professional, responsible, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with computers and basic office software.
• Basic English is preferred; additional languages are advantageous.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
