Role overview

Customer service and coordination

• Welcome customers, understand service needs, receive bookings, and arrange maintenance and repair appointments.
• Discuss vehicle issues and service history; prepare service orders and record customer and vehicle details accurately.
• Explain recommended work, procedures, estimated costs, and completion times.
• Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff; update customers on progress, readiness, and outstanding requests.

Service documentation and vehicle handover

• Prepare quotations, invoices, and service documents; assist with warranty claims when required.
• Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and protect vehicles and customer belongings.
• Monitor schedules, coordinate timely delivery, and maintain service records and customer databases.
• Explain completed work before handover and promote suitable maintenance packages or additional services.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates and candidates without automotive experience are welcome.
• Interest in cars, vehicle maintenance, and the automotive industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; customer-focused, patient, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Strong organization, time management, problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate requests.
• Previous automotive, customer service, sales, or administration experience is advantageous, not required.
• Basic computer skills, office applications, and basic English communication are preferred.
• Professional teamwork and willingness to learn automotive terminology, procedures, and company systems.
