- Manage project handover, close out documentation, and defects liability period
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, local regulations, and quality management systems
- Monitor construction progress and implement mitigation measures to maintain project milestones
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience managing large scale infrastructure projects
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Proven experience in roads, bridges, utilities, underpasses, and urban infrastructure
- Experience in ITS, MEP systems, testing & commissioning, and infrastructure handover (desired)
- Experience delivering projects within the UAE/GCC (desired)

Job Description
- Parsons is looking for a Resident Engineer to deliver major infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, utilities.
What You'll Be Doing
