Responsibilities
- Support administration of contracts in accordance with contract terms and project procedures
- Assist in preparing contract correspondence, notices, and contractual records
- Support tracking of variations, change orders, and contract deliverables
- Maintain contract documentation, logs, and registers
- Assist in preparing basic contractual reports, summaries, and status updates
- Support coordination with commercial, procurement, and project teams on contractual matters
- Assist in ensuring compliance with contract procedures and approvals
- Support coordination with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Participate in contract reviews, meetings, and coordination sessions
- Maintain records of contract correspondence, approvals, and submissions
- Support document control related to contracts and commercial records
- Assist in tracking key contract milestones and obligations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Law, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration, commercial support, or similar roles on construction or infrastructure projects
- Basic understanding of construction contracts and contract administration procedures
- Good documentation, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to work with contract registers, logs, and reporting tools

Job Description

- Role focuses on contract documentation, correspondence, change management, and compliance.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support administration of contracts.
- Assist in preparing contract correspondence and records.
- Support tracking of variations and change orders.
- Maintain contract documentation and logs.
- Assist in preparing contractual reports.
- Support coordination with commercial, procurement, and project teams.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with contract procedures.
- Support coordination with contractors and stakeholders.
- Participate in contract reviews and meetings.
- Maintain records of correspondence and approvals.
- Support document control.
- Assist in tracking contract milestones.
What Required Skills You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Law, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration or commercial support on construction or infrastructure projects.
- Basic understanding of construction contracts and administration procedures.
- Good documentation, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with contract registers, logs, and reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to FIDIC or similar standard forms of contract.
- Experience on airport, airfield, or large infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with document control systems and commercial reporting processes.
