Assistant Manager role in the Residential department at Rosewood Doha.

Guest and resident experience
- Build guest relationships and share preferences with the Residences Butler Team to personalize stays.
- Resolve complaints, follow up promptly, and record communication in the daily log.
- Monitor resident satisfaction and coordinate amenities for arrivals, departures, and special occasions.
Team leadership and operations
- Communicate with other departments and represent Residences at department meetings.
- Train, develop, guide, and motivate Bell and Butler teams; conduct evaluations, corrective action, and coaching.
- Schedule staffing, reconcile payroll, and cover Residence Manager duties when needed.
- Promote safety policies and ensure knowledge of safety and emergency procedures.
Events and standards
- Plan and execute weekly and monthly resident events, activities, and gatherings with attention to satisfaction and cost control.
- Maintain and share an events calendar with residents and the Residences team.
- Create and amend SOPs and train teams on processes, SOPs, and standards.
- Occasionally coordinate the Residences Butlers team.

- Able to develop strong guest relationships and handle complaints with timely follow-up and clear communication.
- Able to guide, motivate, train, and coach the Bell and Butler teams.
- Able to coordinate resident events and activities while maintaining resident satisfaction and cost control.
- Able to follow and promote health and safety policies and emergency procedures.
