Residence Lounge Assistant Manager

Role and employment

Guest service and coordination

• Build guest relationships, share preferences with the Residences Butler Team, and help personalize residents’ stays.
• Resolve guest complaints, follow up promptly, and document communication in the daily log.
• Coordinate with departments and represent the Residences Lounge at communication meetings.
• Support the Residences Manager when absent and occasionally coordinate the Residences Butlers team.

Team leadership and operations

• Train, develop, guide, and motivate the Residences Lounge team; conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and corrective action.
• Schedule staff according to the staffing guide and reconcile payroll.
• Promote health and safety policies and ensure familiarity with safety and emergency procedures.
• Oversee lounge operations and coordinate activities taking place in the space.
• Create and amend SOPs and train the team on processes, SOPs, and standards.

Resident activities and amenities

• Plan and execute weekly and monthly events and gatherings, considering resident satisfaction and cost control.
• Maintain and share a calendar of activities with residents and the Residences team.
• Monitor resident satisfaction in the lounge and coordinate amenities for arrivals, departures, and special occasions.
