Research & Executive Operations Associate

About the Role

• We are looking for a highly organized, research-driven, and proactive individual who can work closely with the CEO to help drive projects, organize operations, and ensure execution across multiple business activities.
• This role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching new opportunities, understanding emerging technologies like Agentic AI, coordinating tasks, and making sure things get done efficiently.
• The person should be resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of independently finding the best possible solutions, tools, vendors, strategies, or business opportunities through deep research and follow-through. **Key Responsibilities:****Research & Analysis:*** Conduct detailed online and market research on business opportunities, technologies, vendors, tools, competitors, and industry trends.
• Research AI tools, automation platforms, and emerging Agentic AI solutions.
• Prepare summaries, reports, recommendations, and actionable insights for the CEO.
• Identify efficient solutions and best practices to improve operations and productivity.
• **Executive Support:*** Work directly with the CEO on day-to-day priorities and strategic initiatives.
• Organize tasks, meetings, follow-ups, and timelines.
• Keep track of ongoing projects and ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders when needed.
• Help convert ideas into actionable plans and execution steps.
• **Operations & Coordination:*** Ensure tasks are progressing and follow up with responsible parties.
• Maintain records, trackers, and operational documentation.
• Help streamline workflows and improve efficiency across projects.
• Assist in implementing AI-driven and automation-based processes where relevant.
• **Required Skills & Qualifications:*** Strong internet research and analytical skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Basic understanding or interest in AI, automation, and Agentic AI tools.
• Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup or entrepreneurial environment.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, ChatGPT, and online collaboration tools.
