We are looking for a highly organized, research-driven, and proactive individual who can work closely with the CEO to help drive projects, organize operations, and ensure execution across multiple business activities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching new opportunities, understanding emerging technologies like Agentic AI, coordinating tasks, and making sure things get done efficiently.
The person should be resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of independently finding the best possible solutions, tools, vendors, strategies, or business opportunities through deep research and follow-through.
Research & Analysis
- Conduct detailed online and market research on business opportunities, technologies, vendors, tools, competitors, and industry trends.
- Research AI tools, automation platforms, and emerging Agentic AI solutions.
- Prepare summaries, reports, recommendations, and actionable insights for the CEO.
- Identify efficient solutions and best practices to improve operations and productivity.
Executive Support
- Work directly with the CEO on day-to-day priorities and strategic initiatives.
- Organize tasks, meetings, follow-ups, and timelines.
- Keep track of ongoing projects and ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders when needed.
- Help convert ideas into actionable plans and execution steps.
Operations & Coordination
- Ensure tasks are progressing and follow up with responsible parties.
- Maintain records, trackers, and operational documentation.
- Help streamline workflows and improve efficiency across projects.
- Assist in implementing AI-driven and automation-based processes where relevant.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong internet research and analytical skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Basic understanding or interest in AI, automation, and Agentic AI tools.
- Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup or entrepreneurial environment.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, ChatGPT, and online collaboration tools.

- Curious mindset and problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to think strategically and practically.
- Strong follow-up and execution ability.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable.
- Experience supporting senior management or founders is a plus.
