Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Survey Analyst to join our Insights & Research team.
In this role, you will own the full survey lifecycle — from crafting precise, bias-free questionnaires to delivering executive-ready dashboards that shape our strategy
Key Responsibilities
- Design and structure survey questionnaires using industry best practices in question logic, scale design, and flow
- Configure and manage surveys on our enterprise survey platform (Qualtrics / MS Forms or similar)
- Clean, validate, and analyse survey data — identifying trends, anomalies, and actionable insights
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and Excel-based reports for ongoing tracking of key satisfaction metrics (NPS, CSAT, CES)
- Prepare clear, concise executive summaries and presentations for senior leadership
- Collaborate with CX, HR, and strategy teams to align surveys with organisational priorities
Required Skills
- 4 to 7 years of experience in survey design, survey management, and data analysis
- Hands-on experience with survey platforms (Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, MS Forms, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Power BI — you can build a dashboard, not just read one
- Strong understanding of survey methodologies: Likert scales, NPS, skip logic, satisfaction indices
- Ability to spot biased, weak, or leading questions and rewrite them with precision
