Role Overview

Bilingual Research & Copywriter

1. Content Research & Copywriting

• Research and develop daily content for the client’s Dubai Info Hub WhatsApp channel.
• Draft bilingual (Arabic & English) copy aligned with the client's tone of voice and guidelines.
• Identify relevant news, updates, and tourism-related information for daily publishing.
• Ensure content accuracy, clarity, and engagement quality before submission.

2. Content Coordination & Workflow Management

• Work directly under client direction for content requirements and priorities.
• Manage daily content flow to ensure an uninterrupted posting schedule.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth content execution and delivery.

3. Content Turnaround (SLAs)

• Standard content:
• 30–60 minutes turnaround
• depending on research requirement.
• Ad-hoc requests: same SLA applies.
• Time-sensitive/emergency content:
• maximum 30 minutes turnaround
• (no-research cases).
• Maintain high responsiveness throughout the day for urgent updates.

4. Daily Operating Model

• Work begins at
• 8:00 AM daily, including weekends
• .
• First 2 hours dedicated to:
• Reviewing previous night’s content
• Drafting and preparing new content for the day
• Maintain periodic check-ins throughout the day to ensure continuous content readiness.
• Work is demand-driven (not fixed 9–6), but requires consistent availability.

5. Approval & Publishing Coordination

• Share drafts directly with the client via WhatsApp group for fast approvals.
• Send formal email documentation when required.
• Coordinate with the internal community management team to ensure approved content is published immediately.
• Perform quality checks post-publication to ensure accuracy of format, copy, and timing.

6. Quality Control & Accountability

• Ensure all published content matches the approved version.
• Track execution quality and flag any discrepancies immediately.
• Maintain consistency in tone, formatting, and brand alignment.

Important Note

• The copywriter does not publish content directly but is responsible for ensuring timely publishing and quality control post-publication.
• The role requires high responsiveness, speed, and strong attention to detail due to the real-time nature of the channel.
