This position is essential for driving sales efficiency, enhancing client satisfaction, and supporting strategic reporting.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, contributing directly to the company’s sales performance and operational success in Qatar.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales operations and provide administrative support to the sales team
- Prepare quotations, invoices, reports, and other sales-related documentation
- Respond to client inquiries, manage order follow-ups, and maintain professional communication
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales data
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery
- Manage email correspondence and ensure prompt, professional client engagement
- Assist management in compiling sales reports and regular performance updates
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination or a related administrative role
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel and Outlook
- Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
- Valid NOC is mandatory
- Immediate availability to join is preferred
