About This Role
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day MEP site activities to ensure smooth execution
Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines
Perform accurate site measurements and verify completed work quantities
Review and interpret shop drawings, highlighting discrepancies and coordinating corrections
Coordinate effectively with civil teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
Support in quantity take-offs, material tracking, and basic cost estimation
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures
Assist in testing & commissioning of MEP systems where required
Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and documentation
Identify and escalate technical issues and assist in resolving them on-site
