- Provide basic nursing care to patients under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration.
- Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare professionals and within the scope of practice.
- Assist patients with personal hygiene, mobility, feeding, and daily living activities.
- Observe patient conditions and promptly report any changes to the nursing team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Ensure patient rooms and medical equipment are clean, organized, and ready for use.
- Follow infection prevention and control protocols.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
- Comply with healthcare regulations, policies, and safety standards.
