Parsons is looking for a Reporting Specialist to join the team.
The role involves working on a unique programme leading the internal and external reporting function.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing collation and analysis of all data relating to KPIs and reports.
- Support production of Supervision Consultant and Lead Design Consultant periodic Reports.
- Review Engineer's validations of Contractor progress prior to issuing validation to PMC/Client.
- Obtains other progress information as necessary from other managers and staff.
- Ensure all reporting meets project requirements.
- Creation of dashboards to present internally/externally.
- Assist in production of progress claims.
- Assist Client in preparation of supporting data relating to Contractor claims.
Required Skills
- Minimum 10 years experience in project controls.
- Expert level Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with PowerBI or similar.
- Prior experience in staff management.
Desired Skills
- A drive for creating efficient methods of data collection through use of technology.
