Role overview

Revenue and receivables

• Compile and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly rental collection reports and track revenue against budgets, targets, and occupancy.
• Monitor collection trends, variances, performance gaps, and KPIs including occupancy, collection rate, and revenue variance.
• Review ageing reports, coordinate tenant and internal follow-up on outstanding payments, and liaise with Legal on escalations.
• Track recovery status and maintain records of collection efforts and recovery actions.

Financial analysis and data systems

• Calculate and forecast NOI for Mesaimeer City; prepare financial analysis for budgeting and financial planning.
• Analyze asset-class, building, and unit performance; identify underperforming assets and provide improvement insights.
• Validate PMS leasing and revenue data against reports, resolve discrepancies with relevant departments, and support system improvements.

Reporting, deposits, and audit support

• Prepare occupancy, performance, and revenue reports highlighting trends and underperforming areas.
• Manage security deposit balances and coordinate refunds with Finance and property-management teams.
• Keep financial data documented and traceable; provide records and reports for internal and external audits.

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of experience in financial reporting, revenue analysis, or property management finance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and property management systems; computer literacy.
• Fluent English; Arabic is preferred.
• Financial analysis or accounting certifications (such as CMA or ACCA) and real estate or property-management certification are preferred.
• Real estate or property-management environment experience is preferred; PMS and financial-reporting tools experience is advantageous.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills, attention to detail, communication, coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Ability to manage deadlines and reporting cycles.
