Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for construction-related positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
- Communicate with candidates and follow up throughout recruitment.
- Recruit for technical and non-technical construction positions and close vacancies on time as project needs require.
- Prepare recruitment reports, maintain candidate records, and coordinate document collection and pre-employment requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in the Qatar construction sector.
- Arabic speaker; Arabic is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of the Qatar recruitment market and local candidate pool.
- Experience recruiting construction professionals, technical staff, and skilled workers.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines.
- Candidates currently available in Qatar are preferred.
