Job Summary

Repair Technician I

Key Responsibilities

• Perform
• set-up, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting
• of electronic circuits, components, and assemblies
• Diagnose faults at
• component level (analog & digital systems)
• Conduct
• repair activities including soldering, crimping, fastening, and assembly work
• Utilize test equipment such as
• oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, and power supplies
• Interpret
• engineering drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals
• Record repair details and maintain documentation for compliance
• Prepare
• repair cost estimates and quotations
• Perform alignment and installation of components and assemblies
• Support continuous improvement of repair processes and quality standards

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of
• electronic circuits and troubleshooting techniques
• Hands-on experience with:
• Soldering (SMT preferred)
• Crimping and assembly techniques
• Test equipment (oscilloscope, volt-ohm meter, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret
• electrical schematics and technical documentation
• Familiarity with
• analog and digital electronics systems
• Basic knowledge of
• MS Office tools
• Good communication skills in English

Education & Experience

• Diploma or technical qualification in
• Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• **0–3 years of experience**
• in electronics repair / bench technician / avionics repair environment
• Aviation/MRO experience is a
• plus

Preferred Background

• Experience in
• aviation, aerospace, or MRO environments
• Exposure to
• component-level repair and testing labs
• Familiarity with

Work Environment

• Workshop/repair lab environment
• Exposure to mechanical equipment and test stations
• May require handling tools, equipment, and electronic components
