- Develop detailed MEP/HVAC drawings and schematics from design concepts, ensuring compliance with project specifications and building codes.
- Create precise 2D and 3D models of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems using CAD software, accurately representing equipment, ductwork, and piping layouts.
- Coordinate with engineers and project managers to integrate MEP/HVAC designs into overall architectural and structural plans, resolving clashes proactively.
- Produce shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built drawings, meticulously documenting all installation details and modifications.
