Senior Administrator ā FM Soft Services
to oversee the quality, compliance, and delivery of soft facilities management services across multiple facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure adherence to cleaning schedules, landscaping cycles, and service routines.
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas, restrooms, pantries, landscaping, and waste management activities.
- Verify service quality against established standards and SLAs.
- Track and monitor vendor performance, manpower deployment, attendance, and service delivery.
- Identify recurring service issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure workplace experience standards related to cleanliness, comfort, and presentation are consistently maintained.
- Maintain inspection records, service deficiency logs, and weekly performance reports.
- Coordinate with service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Diploma or relevant certification.
- 5ā8 years of Facilities Management experience, specifically within Soft Services.
- Strong understanding of cleaning operations, landscaping maintenance, waste management, and workplace services.
- Experience managing cleaning and landscaping contracts.
- Familiarity with CAFM systems is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail, inspection skills, and vendor management capabilities.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
