We are seeking an experienced
Senior Administrator - FM Hard Services
to support the effective management and technical oversight of MEP systems across multiple facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor preventive maintenance activities for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire & life safety systems, elevators, BMS, generators, and civil assets.
- Verify completion and quality of maintenance activities through site inspections.
- Track recurring defects, conduct initial root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor SLA and KPI compliance for hard services operations.
- Review and validate vendor reports, technical logs, and maintenance records.
- Support asset lifecycle planning, warranty tracking, and risk mitigation initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation, inspection reports, and performance dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma or relevant technical certification.
- 5 - 8 years of Facilities Management experience in Hard Services / MEP environments.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire & Life Safety Systems, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Experience working with FM service providers.
- Familiarity with CAFM systems such as ServiceNow, Maximo, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
