Full-time Rent A Car Coordinator role in Ras Al Khor, Dubai, reporting to the Branch Manager.
Coordinates rental bookings, vehicle allocations, deliveries, collections, and customer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily bookings, reservations, and vehicle allocations; ensure vehicles are ready and available for rental.
- Handle inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels; address concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Arrange deliveries, collections, pickups, and drop-offs; conduct handovers and returns with basic vehicle condition checks.
- Maintain booking, vehicle movement, rental agreement, and customer records; complete vehicle documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, maintenance, and accounts teams; monitor fleet availability and vehicle utilization.
- Assist with daily administrative and operational activities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Previous experience in car rental, fleet coordination, automotive, or a related field is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Dubai roads, locations, and routes.
- Strong communication, customer service, and coordination skills; ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with rental management systems or CRM software.
- Knowledge of rental agreements, vehicle documentation, deposits, and traffic fines.
Preferred experience
- Experience with a UAE car rental company and familiarity with Dubai RTA procedures are preferred.
- Ability to coordinate vehicle deliveries and collections independently; flexibility to support operational requirements.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 2,500–3,000 per month.
