Administration role supporting a car-rental business in Ras Al Khor, Dubai.
Reports to the Branch Manager and includes one day off.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,000–4,000 per month.
Employment and schedule
- Full-time employment with one day off.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of car-rental procedures, rental agreements, RTA procedures and regulations, and RTA TARS procedures.
- Knowledge of vehicle documentation and fleet administration; understanding of customer service and booking processes.
- Excellent English communication; Arabic is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organization, time management, customer-service, multitasking, and coordination skills; ability to work under pressure.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Automotive, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a car-rental company; UAE car-rental experience is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet walk-in customers, answer calls and emails, handle booking inquiries, and explain rental services and requirements.
- Prepare rental agreements and related documentation.
- Coordinate with drivers and the fleet department; maintain customer records, invoices, and daily reports.
- Update customer information in the system and assist with vehicle and fleet documentation.
- Handle mail, packages, and deliveries; maintain office supplies and support general administration.
