Full-time administration role at a car rental company in Ras Al Khor, Dubai.
Supports daily administrative operations, customer service, and fleet coordination.

Customer service and front desk
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.
- Handle calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and booking inquiries.
- Prepare rental agreements and explain procedures, terms, conditions, and documentation requirements.
Administration and fleet coordination
- Maintain customer records, invoices, agreements, and daily reports; update customer and vehicle information in the rental management system.
- Handle correspondence and office documentation, and maintain organized records.
- Follow up on RTA and TARS procedures, vehicle documentation, and pending administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with drivers, fleet teams, and branch staff, and support smooth daily operations and company-procedure compliance.
Qualifications and requirements
- At least 2–3 years of car rental industry experience; UAE car rental experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of car rental procedures, rental agreements, vehicle documentation, RTA procedures, TARS, customer service, and rental bookings.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- English communication skills required; Arabic is an advantage.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, automotive, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organization, coordination, time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 3,000–3,500 per month.
Schedule
- One day off per week.
