As part of our growing expansion, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Renovation/Business Development Consultant to join our team and help drive new business opportunities within the fit-out and renovation sector. This role is ideal for someone with strong industry connections, experience in construction or fit-out sales, and the ability to generate leads, build relationships, and successfully close projects.

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Renovation/Business Development Consultant, based in Dubai. The consultant will be responsible for identifying and nurturing client relationships, acquiring new business opportunities, and promoting the company’s renovation services. Additionally, the role will involve creating tailored proposals, managing client accounts, conducting consultations to understand client needs, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure project alignment and successful execution.

Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, referrals, cold calling, and market research

  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and outdoor sales activities across Dubai and the UAE
  • Identify and acquire residential, commercial, retail, and corporate fit-out/renovation projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and industry professionals
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate internally to provide suitable solutions and quotations
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Stay updated with market trends and identify opportunities for business growth

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in fit-out, renovation, or construction sales in the UAE.
  • Proven experience in lead generation and successfully closing projects.
  • Experience working in commission-based sales roles.
  • UAE driving license and own car are mandatory.
  • English is mandatory; Arabic is preferred.
  • Business Development and Sales skills, including client acquisition, relationship management, and negotiation.
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in creating compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Familiarity with the Dubai renovation market and existing industry network (advantageous).
