is looking for an experienced

Project Engineer

to join our growing team.

As a G+4 contractor, we specialize in luxury villa and apartment renovations, interior fit-out, landscape works, and in-house joinery.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of projects, coordinate site activities, and ensure work is delivered to the highest quality, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day site operations from mobilization to handover.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house teams.
  • Monitor project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved.
  • Review drawings and resolve technical issues on site.
  • Prepare RFIs, material requests, inspections, and progress reports.
  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.
  • Track project costs and assist with variations and procurement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum
  • 5 years of UAE experience
  • as a Project Engineer with a renovation/fit out/ contracting company.
  • Experience in villa construction, renovations, and interior fit-out. Scope includes kitchen remodeling, flooring works, bathroom renovations, extension, swimming pools, and landscaping.
  • Strong understanding of UAE construction practices and authority requirements.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • UAE Driving License (required).
  • Available to join immediately or within a short notice period is preferred.
