Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from mobilization through to final handover.
• Manage Project Engineers, site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house trades.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, and authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review drawings, resolve technical and commercial issues, and drive project execution.
• Monitor project costs, procurement, variations, and cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, contractual, and company standards.
• Prepare progress reports and provide regular project updates to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum
• 8 years of UAE experience
• as a Project Manager with a renovation, fit-out, or contracting company.
• Proven experience managing villa construction, renovations, and interior fit-out projects. Scope includes kitchen remodeling, flooring works, bathroom renovations, extensions, swimming pools, and landscaping.
• Strong understanding of UAE construction practices, authority approvals, and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• UAE Driving License (required).
• Experience with project management softwares.
• Available to join immediately or within a short notice period is preferred.
