Day-to-day work
- Evaluate large language models in finance areas where models do not perform well.
- Create rubrics for assessing model capabilities in finance topics such as deal analysis and M&A assessments.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and finance experts on training methods, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in one or more listed finance fields, including capital markets, portfolio management, research, trading, quantitative finance, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, growth equity, FP&A, accounting, or financial consulting.
- Strong grasp of financial concepts relevant to the candidate’s domain, such as investment analysis, research, forecasting, revenue builds, corporate finance, asset management, or risk management.
- Excellent written English communication.
Optional credentials
- CFA at any level, CA, CPA, or an MBA in Finance is listed as a bonus and is not necessary.
Work arrangement
- The work is fully remote with a flexible work environment.
Commitment and duration
- Flexible commitment of 10–30 hours per week.
- Initial duration is one month, with possible extension based on performance and project needs.
Compensation
- The description states approximate hourly compensation of $100 or more, depending on experience.
