Day-to-day work
- Evaluate LLMs on growth equity topics including valuation, unit economics, and investment memo writing.
- Create rubrics for revenue modeling, cohort analysis, SaaS metrics, and growth-round deal-structuring tasks.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and finance experts on training methods, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of growth equity experience, including growth-stage investing, late-stage VC, or growth-focused PE.
- Strong grasp of growth-stage valuation, unit economics, scaling metrics, and minority or majority investment structuring.
- Excellent written English communication.
Bonus qualifications
- CFA, an MBA in Finance, or experience in high-growth operating roles is beneficial but not necessary.
Workplace and commitment
- The work is fully remote and flexible.
- Commitment is 10–30 hours per week; duration is approximately one month, with possible extension based on performance and project needs.
Compensation
- Competitive compensation is approximately $100 or more per hour, depending on experience.
