ART Facilitation and Delivery
- Facilitate PI Planning, ART Sync, System Demos, and Inspect and Adapt workshops.
- Coordinate delivery across two squads of seven and align teams to PI objectives.
- Track features, dependencies, risks, and milestones on the ART-level program board.
- Resolve cross-team dependencies and escalate unresolved impediments.
- Support squad-level Scrum Masters with coaching and facilitation.
- Monitor and report velocity, predictability, feature completion, and PI objective metrics.
- Coordinate System Demo preparation and execution for integrated working software.
Continuous Improvement and Coaching
- Lead Inspect and Adapt workshops and drive measurable delivery improvements.
- Coach squads, Product Owners, and stakeholders on SAFe principles and Agile practices.
- Champion DevOps and continuous delivery practices, including build, test, and deployment automation.
- Foster collaboration, transparency, psychological safety, and self-organizing teams.
Stakeholder Management and Governance
- Provide ART-level delivery updates to program managers, product leadership, and senior stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with Business Owners, Product Management, and key stakeholders.
- Contribute ART capacity, dependency, and risk inputs to portfolio planning.
- Support risk, compliance, change-management, and regulatory governance.
- Maintain PI plans, program boards, risk registers, and retrospective action logs.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery roles such as Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, or Agile Coach.
- At least 2–3 years as a Release Train Engineer in a SAFe environment.
- Deep SAFe expertise and experience leading ARTs of 10–15+ people.
- Banking and capital markets domain experience is essential.
- Experience coordinating dependencies across multiple squads.
- Strong servant leadership, coaching, facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
- Good understanding of DevOps and continuous delivery practices.
Nice to Have
- SAFe Release Train Engineer certification at SAFe 5 or SAFe 6 level.
- SAFe Program Consultant certification.
- Experience with capital markets technology programs such as trade reporting, regulatory platforms, market data, or trading systems.
- Familiarity with Lean Portfolio Management and portfolio-level Agile governance.
- Experience with Jira Align, Rally, or equivalent scaled Agile tooling.
- Agile coaching certification such as ICP-ACC or equivalent.
- Exposure to regulatory delivery programs such as MiFID II, EMIR, or APRA.
