What You'll Do
- Design, build, and ship full-stack features for AI-powered enterprise applications.
- Integrate LLMs and AI tools into production workflows, including RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, and prompt engineering.
- Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and data pipelines.
- Deploy and manage AWS infrastructure including Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, and RDS.
- Build performant, well-structured UI using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and client stakeholders in an agile delivery model.
- Write clean, testable, production-ready code for enterprise scale.
What You Bring
- 6+ years of full-stack engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, Java, or Go.
- Production experience integrating AI/ML models or LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Bedrock, or LangChain.
- Solid AWS deployment experience with ownership responsibility.
- Experience with multi-tenant systems, security, observability, and CI/CD.
- Proficiency in a modern front-end framework; React is preferred.
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast client-facing delivery.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Familiarity with vector databases including Pinecone, pgvector, or Weaviate.
- Prior consulting or client-facing delivery experience.
- Contributions to AI tooling or open-source projects.
