Salary
AED 12000 + commission
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets in Dubai’s competitive off-plan luxury real estate sector.
- Leverage a strong broker network and HNI client connections to generate consistent, high-quality leads.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships while delivering a world-class sales experience.
- Represent the company with passion and drive, positioning the brand as the developer of choice in Dubai.
- Stay ahead of market trends to identify new opportunities and maximize revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience in Dubai real estate (off-plan strongly preferred).
- Strong broker connections and HNI client network.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Passionate, ambitious, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
