Achieve sales and revenue targets while delivering high levels of customer service.
Serve as a single point of contact for customers and support their banking needs, from accounts and transactions to financial and technology advice.
Enterprise banking accountabilities
- Provide consultation on working capital finance and term lending.
- Support trade services, including letters of credit, guarantees, and collections.
- Advise on sweep accounts and returns on customer liquidity.
- Offer insurance, treasury, investment, and premium cash management solutions.
- Support business technology solutions, retail solutions for employees, and corporate internet banking.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree; a business-related major is preferred.
- 8–10 years of relevant banking experience, including at least four years in relationship management positions.
- Knowledge of the banking industry, selling skills, and ability to achieve results within defined timeframes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-interaction skills in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Arabic speaking is preferred.
Key interactions and competencies
Internal interactions include credit analysts and unit heads; external interactions include customers, regulatory authorities and the central bank, and professional advisors such as lawyers and accountants.
