Job summary

Reporting, planning, and performance

• Delivers reporting to stakeholders, including external parties such as auditors, accurately and on time.
• Generates reports and analyses results for business partners; checks data inputs for completeness and accuracy.
• Manages forecasting and planning in support of entity strategic objectives.
• Supports business performance, cost savings, and control enhancement initiatives.
• Supports KPI development and performance measurement and reporting for CBIS, CBRE, and CB Leasing.
• Manages MI systems and reports performance drivers, trends, ratios, and comparisons of actual results with plans, forecasts, and history.
• Produces accurate monthly financial and MI reports to support transparent, informed decisions.

Processes and additional finance support

• Develops and maintains systems and processes for financial, management, regulatory, and other reporting requirements.
• Automates and simplifies processes, standardizes reports, documents processes in SOPs, and improves MI production efficiency.
• Organizes monthly activities with clear timelines and coordinated report production and circulation.
• Provides backup support for CBIS Finance team members and supports entity tax matters with Accounting, Tax, and Finance Operations.
• Liaises with the CB Finance team and supports finance system implementation with business teams.
• Ensures financial control activities are implemented, monitored, and reported, with support from the Finance Operations Assistant Manager.
• Supports CB cost reporting and cost control, credit card performance analysis, provision reporting, and IIS reporting.
• Maintains policies, procedures, escalation matrices, guidance notes, forms, templates, process maps, workflows, and responsibility matrices for effective processes and succession planning.
• Carries out other projects and responsibilities assigned by the CB Head of MI, Planning, Analysis & Cost Control.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree required; a major in Finance, Accounting, or a management-related discipline is preferred.
