Responsibilities
- Deliver emergency nursing care, including assessment, triage, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Provide safe, timely interventions following evidence-based emergency care guidelines and clinical pathways.
- Administer medications and manage emergency equipment efficiently.
- Communicate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team; promptly escalate critical cases.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation under organizational policies.
- Educate patients and families about treatment, discharge instructions, and preventive health measures.
- Follow quality, safety, and infection-control standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Valid DOH Registered Nurse license or eligibility to obtain one.
- 2–3 years of Emergency Department experience.
- Proven leadership and team lead experience.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS is an advantage.
- Strong critical-thinking and decision-making skills under pressure.
