Position Overview
We are currently hiring Registered Nurses to join our growing clinical teams across the following units:
• Urgent Care Center (UCC)
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Long-Term Ventilation Unit (LTVU)
- Long-Term Care (LTC) / Physical & Rehabilitation (PAR)
- Acute Care
- The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, demonstrates strong clinical expertise, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with established clinical standards and protocols
- Support physicians during patient assessments, procedures, and treatments
- Continuously monitor patient conditions and promptly report any changes
- Safely administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Educate patients and their families on care plans, recovery, and health management
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Valid DOH (HAAD) / DHA / MOH license, or eligibility to practice in Abu Dhabi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience (UCC, ICU, LTVU, LTC, Rehabilitation, or Acute Care)
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and dynamic environment
