Position Overview
We are currently seeking a
Cashier with a background in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in
hospital billing and cashiering operations
, with strong knowledge of healthcare systems and patient financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle patient billing and cashiering transactions accurately and efficiently
- Process payments, including cash, card, and insurance-related transactions
- Ensure accurate posting of all payments within the hospital system
- Coordinate with billing and insurance teams to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain proper documentation and financial records in line with hospital policies
- Provide excellent customer service to patients regarding billing inquiries
Requirements
- Proven experience in
- hospital billing and cashiering (RCM environment)
- Familiarity with
- hospital systems and billing software
- Strong understanding of
- insurance processes and payment cycles
- Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- **Fluency in Arabic is mandatory**
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
