As a Regional Service lead, you will lead regional service operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sustainable business growth. By enhancing service excellence, expanding Annual Service Revenue (ASR) and Value-Added Services (VAS), and building high-performing teams, you will play a vital role in strengthening customer relationships and WILO's service leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop regional service teams to deliver safe, efficient, and customer-focused service operations.
- Drive customer satisfaction through responsive service delivery and continuous quality improvement.
- Grow the service business by expanding Annual Service Revenue (ASR) and Value-Added Services (VAS).
- Monitor service performance through KPIs, MIS, and data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with service processes, safety standards, documentation, and quality requirements.
- Build regional service capabilities through coaching, performance management, and continuous skill development.
- Collaborate with Sales, Projects, Factory, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and superior customer support.
Professional Competencies & Technical Expertise
B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 10–20 years of experience in industrial service operations.
Proven leadership experience in managing regional service teams and driving customer satisfaction.
Demonstrated success in growing service business through Annual Service Revenue (ASR) and Value-Added Services (VAS).
Strong planning, operational management, administration, and MIS reporting capabilities.
Sound technical knowledge of pumps or industrial equipment, with a customer-focused and results-driven approach.
