Order Management

As a Senior Executive – Water, you will be responsible for managing the techno-commercial aspects of orders and ensuring smooth execution from order punching to billing and payment documentation. You will coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, inspection, customers, and sales teams to ensure timely approvals, project progress, and effective customer support.

3–6 years of experience in order management, project coordination, or techno-commercial operations, preferably in the Water/Pump industry.

Good understanding of order processing, engineering documentation, manufacturing, and inspection processes.

Strong coordination skills with customers and cross-functional teams.

Good communication, customer-handling, and problem-solving skills.

Working knowledge of SAP and MS Office.

Ability to manage multiple orders, follow-ups, and timelines effectively.

Customer-focused approach with attention to detail and timely execution.
